The aim of the challenge is to get started in The Michi Sleep Academy on the right foot. The 2 Week Routine Challenge is a series of emails that go in-depth into the routines you need to get into place before you begin gently sleep training. I always spend a week or two tweaking routines as it makes sleep training so much easier.
